For work meetings in downtown Tokyo it's quite convenient. The time to walk or take the subway doesn't vary much so it's good for exercise. The rooms are small but well laid out and serviceable. I stayed on the 7th floor and 3rd floor. Both had operable windows and comfortable beds. I didn't hear much hallway noise or outside noise and even slept with the window open. There's no breakfast but you can use the in-room fridge.

Superb in all respects. For the price, and for Tokyo, a good-sized room with tea kettle, microwave, fridge, cheap coin laundry facilities on site, men's sauna (didn't use it but nice to have). Bathroom was also a good size with a comfortably sized shower for a western adult. Great walkable location and a modern, clean facility.

Zach

Convenient location close to Akasaka station (chiyoda line) and 15 minutes walk from Ginza line making it very close to very cool districts like Harajuku, Omotesando or Aoyama. The room was more than enough for 1 person, comfortable and clean.

Estelle

Location was perfect, just a few minute walk from the metro. Located in a nice area where it’s really calm. There is a 7-eleven in a few meter distance. Staff super friendly, always more then happy to help the guest.

This was fast, easy and convenient. I will definitely use LiveMax in other parts of the city in the future. There was no fuss, and the room was perfect for a solo trip. The price was also perfect for a solo trip.
